1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By verifying, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information associated with your Discord account is accurate.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service exists solely to verify the identity and connection type of individuals seeking access to the enarumusic Discord server. Verification is a one-time process per Discord account unless your status changes.

3. Connection Requirements

To successfully verify, your connection must not originate from a VPN, proxy server, Tor exit node, or datacenter / hosting provider IP address. Connections from these sources are blocked automatically as a security measure and are not subject to manual review. Additionally, connections originating from the United Kingdom are temporarily restricted as part of an active corporate security protocol.

4. Discord OAuth2 Authentication

This Service uses Discord's OAuth2 protocol to authenticate your identity. We request only the identify scope, which provides access to your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We do not access your email address, friends list, server memberships, messages, or any other Discord data.

5. Automated Decision-Making

Verification decisions are made entirely by automated systems. We do not perform manual review of individual IP check results. If your verification is rejected, you may resolve the issue (e.g. by disconnecting from a VPN) and attempt verification again.

enarumusic reserves the right to restrict access from specific geographic regions at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to security investigations, regulatory compliance, or operational requirements.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. enarumusic is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to denial of Discord server access.

9. Changes to These Terms

enarumusic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
