This Privacy Policy describes how enarumusic collects, uses, and retains personal data through the Discord verification system at verify.flicq.eu. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

1. Data Controller

enarumusic is the data controller for personal data collected through this Service. For data-related enquiries, please contact us through our official support channels on Discord.

2. What Data We Collect

Discord User IDYour unique Discord account identifier, used as the primary key for your verification record.

Discord UsernameYour Discord display name at the time of verification.

Discord AvatarYour Discord profile picture hash, used for identification purposes.

IP AddressYour public IP address at the time of verification, used for connection type analysis and fraud prevention.

CountryThe geographic country associated with your IP address as determined by our verification provider.

Country CodeThe ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code associated with your IP address.

ISP / NetworkThe name of your internet service provider as determined by our verification provider.

Verification StatusWhether your verification was successful (true) or rejected (false).

Rejection ReasonIf rejected: the category of rejection (proxy, vpn, tor, hosting, uk_region).

TimestampThe date and time at which verification was completed.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to protect the security and integrity of our Discord community by preventing access via anonymous or high-risk network connections.

4. Data Retention

Your IP address and associated network data are retained for 12 months from the date of verification. Your Discord user ID, username, and verification status may be retained indefinitely to maintain your access record. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

5. Third-Party Services

Discord (discord.com)

Used for OAuth2 authentication. We receive only your user ID, username, and avatar via the 'identify' scope.

proxycheck.io

Used to analyse your IP address for proxy, VPN, Tor, and hosting indicators, and to determine your geographic location.

Supabase (supabase.com)

Used as our database provider. Verification data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database within the EU.

Flicq / Vercel

The verification infrastructure is built and hosted on Vercel. Request logs may be retained by Vercel per their Privacy Policy.

This Service does not set any persistent cookies on your device. Temporary session-related headers may be set during the OAuth2 flow but are not retained beyond your session.
